These terms govern the use of agrometrisis.com and subscriptions to the Agrometrisis service. By placing an order or using the service you accept these terms.

Provider Details

The Agrometrisis service is provided by the sole proprietorship “KOUMOUTSAKOS PANAGIOTIS TOU CHRISTOU”, trading as “Eliotis Software”, VAT no. EL047608891, General Commercial Registry (GEMI) no. 18173939000, registered in Apidea, Laconia, 23060, Greece. Contact: info@agrometrisis.com, tel. +30 6977 974 580.

The Service

Agrometrisis is a cloud software service (SaaS) for the management of analysis laboratories, accessed through a web browser. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Free Trial

A 30-day free trial is provided, with no payment details required and no automatic charge. When it expires, the account switches to read-only mode with the ability to export your data.

Subscriptions & Prices

Subscriptions are annual, at the plans and prices published on the Pricing page at the time of ordering. Listed prices exclude 24% VAT, which is added at checkout. Additional users are charged according to the published price list.

Payment & Invoicing

Payments are made in euro via Viva (Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express cards, IRIS, and Pay by Bank). A legal invoice is issued for every payment through the AADE myDATA platform and sent to you by email.

Delivery & Activation

The service is delivered exclusively electronically. The subscription is activated or renewed automatically upon payment confirmation and you can continue working immediately — there is no physical delivery and no waiting period.

Cancellation & Refunds

The first subscription purchase carries a 14-calendar-day money-back guarantee: if the service does not meet your needs, request a full refund at info@agrometrisis.com and the amount is returned to your payment method.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically without a new payment; you may simply choose not to renew at expiry. No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused time after the 14-day window. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Your Data & Export

The data you record remains your property. Upon expiry or non-renewal of the subscription, the account switches to read-only mode for a reasonable period during which you can export a complete copy of your data. The data is then deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

User Obligations

You must keep your access credentials confidential, use the service lawfully, and not attempt to access data or functionality not intended for you.

Availability & Support

We make every reasonable effort to keep the service continuously available; short scheduled maintenance windows may be required. Support (tickets, email, phone and remote assistance) is included in all plans at no extra charge.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months and does not cover indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of the provider’s seat have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; material changes are communicated to active subscribers.
