Who is behind Agrometrisis?
Agrometrisis is developed by Panagiotis Koumoutsakos (Eliotis Software), who has been building software since 1992. It was designed from the ground up for soil, water and environmental laboratories: English/Greek interface, myDATA invoicing, and workflows that follow ISO 17025 step by step.

What does the trial include?
Full access to every feature for 30 days, in your own private space — your samples, methods, team and logo — with no commitment. No payment details are requested and there is no automatic charge. If you decide not to subscribe, the account switches to read-only and you can export your data.
What's the difference between the demo and the free trial?
The demo is a shared environment with sample data — see how it works instantly, no signup. The free trial is your own private space: your samples, your team, your methods and your logo, for 30 days.
What happens to my data after the trial?
Your data is always yours. Export everything — reports and raw data — during your trial and for 30 days after it ends. If you don't subscribe, your account stays read-only during that window and we email you before anything is deleted.
Where is my data hosted and how is it protected?
On hosting providers within the EU. Every laboratory-customer has its own fully isolated database; sensitive fields are encrypted with per-laboratory keys, all connections use TLS/HTTPS, access is role-based and daily integrity-verified backups are taken. For your own clients’ data (samples, analyses) the laboratory remains the data controller and we act as processor, strictly on your instructions — your data stays yours. How do payment and invoicing work?
Subscriptions are annual, at the Pricing-page prices excluding 24% VAT, which is added at checkout; additional users are charged according to the published price list. Payment is in euro through Viva (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, IRIS, Pay by Bank) in its own secure environment — we never receive or store card details. A legal invoice is issued for every payment through AADE myDATA and emailed to you, and the subscription activates immediately on payment confirmation. The first purchase carries a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Am I locked in? What happens if I stop?
No — the data you enter remains your property. When a subscription expires or is not renewed, the account switches to read-only for a reasonable period during which you can export a complete copy of your data (reports and raw data). After that the data is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.
What does “Accreditation Ready” mean?
That the software provides the records and workflows ISO 17025 requires of a laboratory, ready to show at an assessment: instrument register and calibrations, acceptance criteria and decision rule (§7.8.6), control samples, Levey-Jennings charts and proficiency testing, replicate checks (§7.7.1f), training records, document control, CAPA, internal audits, management reviews, risk assessments, complaints, deviations, accreditation scope, subcontracting, customer witnessing (§7.1.7) and an audit trail. Accreditation itself is granted to the laboratory by ESYD (the Hellenic Accreditation System) — no software “provides” it; Agrometrisis gives you the documentation to earn and keep it. What does support include?
